Robinson Restoration is an IICRC-certified restoration company serving Washington and Oregon from four offices: Vancouver and the Portland metro, Seattle and Kent, the Tri-Cities, and Eugene and Salem. We handle water, fire and smoke, mold, sewage and storm damage, plus the contents work and the rebuild that follow. Crews dispatch 24 hours a day and arrive on-site in 90 minutes or less.
Most restoration jobs get handed between three or four companies before they are finished. A mitigation crew dries it, somebody else cleans the contents, a contractor rebuilds it, and the homeowner spends six weeks translating between all of them while the carrier waits on paperwork.
We run it as one file. The same company that extracts the water inventories your belongings, works the claim with your adjuster, and manages the rebuild through vetted licensed contractors and our sister companies. One project manager owns it start to finish.
Every job is documented to IICRC standards as we go: moisture mapping before demolition, daily readings logged, photos of every affected assembly. That file is what gets a claim approved without an argument.
Four offices cover more than 200 cities across Washington and Oregon. Each one runs its own crews and answers its own dispatch line, so the person who picks up knows the area you are calling from.

Restoration is a trade where anyone can buy a van and a wet vac. These are the things you can independently verify before you let a company into your home, ours included.
Ask any restoration company for their contractor registration number and their technicians' certifications. If they hesitate, that tells you something.
Technicians are certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Work follows the S500 water and S520 mold standards.

Certificates of insurance are available on request, and adjusters and property managers ask for them regularly.
Reconstruction we manage is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty. If something we built fails, we come back.
