What Restoration Work Is Really Like

People call us on the worst day their house has had in years. The work is physical, it runs on a real schedule, and some of it happens at two in the morning. It is also the kind of job where a homeowner shakes your hand at the end because you gave them their house back.

Field Crews

Extraction, structural drying, containment, demolition and cleaning. You will run moisture meters and thermal cameras, set equipment, and document what you find. IICRC certification paths are part of the job.

Project Managers

You own the file from first call through final walkthrough: scope, schedule, the carrier conversation, and the homeowner who wants a straight answer. Restoration or construction background helps.

Office & Dispatch

Dispatch, scheduling, claims coordination and accounts. The person who answers a two-in-the-morning call is the reason a crew gets there in time.
