How we handle information from this website and from the calls and forms it generates.
Effective August 22, 2026
The short version. We collect what you send us through a form or a phone call so we can respond to your restoration request, plus standard website analytics. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded. We do not sell your information. You can ask us what we hold and ask us to delete it.
This policy applies to robinsonrestore.com and to the phone numbers and forms published on it. Robinson Restoration provides water, fire, mold, sewage and storm damage restoration, contents services and managed reconstruction from four offices serving Washington and Oregon.
When you submit a form or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the property location or city, the service you need, any details you type into a message field, and for job inquiries the role you are interested in and your experience.
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described below.
We use a call-tracking service to understand which marketing brings in emergency calls. It records the number you called from, the number you dialed, the date, time and duration of the call, and in many cases an audio recording or transcript of the call itself.
Calls to our tracked numbers may be monitored or recorded for quality, training and dispatch accuracy. Washington is an all-party consent state for recorded communications, which means everyone on the call must be notified. You will hear a recording notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the person who answers and they will disable recording or take your information another way, or you can contact us by form or email instead.
We use the following on this site:
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave. This site does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signals.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link. We will still contact you about active work in progress.
We keep project records, including documentation, photos and readings, for as long as needed to complete the work, support any claim or warranty, and satisfy insurance and legal recordkeeping requirements. Analytics and call-tracking data are kept according to those providers' retention settings. Job inquiries are kept on file so we can reach out when a role opens.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and appeal if we decline a request. Oregon residents have these rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. Washington residents have rights concerning certain health-related data under the My Health My Data Act. We honor these requests regardless of which state you live in.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and some records must be retained where insurance, warranty or legal obligations require it.
This site is intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as policy numbers or financial records through an unsecured form. If we need those, we will tell you a safer way to send them.
This site links to other websites, including our financing partner and state agencies. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
We may update this policy as our services, tools or the law change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
For privacy questions or to make a request about your information, call the office nearest you or reach us through the contact form.
